  • By accessing or using this application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use.

2.2 Acceptance of Terms

  • By using this application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2.3 Use of the Application

  • You agree to use the application only for lawful purposes.
  • You must not attempt to interfere with the functioning of the application or engage in any activity that may harm the application, its users, or the company.

2.4 Account and Access

  • Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.
  • Any actions under your account will be deemed authorized by you.

2.5 Intellectual Property

  • All content, trademarks, and intellectual property within the application are the exclusive property of Svabag Labs Pvt Ltd.

3. Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

3.1 Returns

  • Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or transit damage.
  • Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos as proof.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.
  • Products found to be used, tampered with, or physically damaged after delivery will not be eligible for return or replacement.

3.2 Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only if the delivered product is found irreparable or unavailable for replacement after verification by our technical/service team.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 10–15 business days.
  • Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
    • Change of mind or incorrect order.
    • Minor scratches, marks, or normal wear and tear.
    • Damage caused due to mishandling, external impact, or improper use.

3.3 Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • Once the product has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • If a cancellation is approved within the eligible period, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3.4 Warranty

  • All products sold come with a manufacturer’s warranty as specified at the time of purchase.
  • Warranty claims are handled as per the manufacturer’s warranty policy and do not fall under this return or refund policy.

4. Shipping and Delivery Policy

4.1 Overview

  • This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipment and delivery of products and services purchased from Svabag Labs Pvt Ltd.
  • By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.

4.2 Shipping Coverage

  • We currently deliver to locations within India.
  • Delivery availability to certain pin codes may depend on logistics partner coverage and local regulations.

4.3 Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 7–10 business daysfrom the date of full payment and verification of buyer documents.
  • Once dispatched, delivery may take an additional 5–10 business days depending on your location.
  • Total estimated delivery time is 12–20 business days.

4.4 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on delivery location, product, and logistics cost.
  • Any applicable delivery fee will be displayed at checkout.
  • In select regions, we may offer free delivery as part of promotional offers.

4.5 Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)

  • Each product undergoes a comprehensive pre-delivery inspection before dispatch to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.
  • The customer will receive all the documents and invoices at the time of delivery.

4.6 Delivery Process

  • Delivery will be carried out either at the customer’s doorstep or at the nearest authorized partner center.
  • The customer or authorized representative must verify the product condition, sign the delivery acknowledgment, and submit valid ID proof.
  • Once accepted, subsequent damage claims will not be entertained except for manufacturing defects.

4.7 Delays and Exceptions

  • Delivery timelines may be extended due to natural calamities, logistics disruptions, government restrictions, or transport strikes.
  • Customers will be promptly informed in such cases and revised delivery timelines will be shared proactively.

4.8 Damaged or Incorrect Delivery

  • In the unlikely event that your order shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours at contact@svabaglabs.com with photos/videos and order ID.
  • Our team will assess the case and arrange for a replacement or repair as applicable.

4.9 Ownership and Risk

  • Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon successful delivery and acknowledgment of the product.
